SBSC offers nationwide examination opportunities

SBSC and the training company, Lexicon, have entered into a cooperation agreement according to which SBSC will offer examinations for certification of individuals at 15 locations throughout the country. In addition to Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, examinations will also be held in Luleå, Umeå, Östersund, Sundsvall, Gävle, Borlänge, Örebro, Linköping, Jönköping, Skövde and Växjö.

”It feels great to be able to offer our customers exams close to their own communities. The goal is to ensure that no customer needs to put in lots of time and resources to get to an examination location far away from their workplace or home. Hopefully, this means that our customers will be able to save both time and money,” says Mårten Wallén, Managing Director of SBSC.

Lexicon offers computer venues throughout the country, examination proctors and technology. The examinations system is the same as the one currently used by SBSC for examinations, but Lexicon will be responsible for conducting the examinations at its own premises.

”We will train and qualify examination proctors in these areas in order to be able to offer examinations there. The frequency and locations will be determined by the levels of bookings. No later than the end of next year, all areas and personnel will be qualified,” explains Mattias Nettarp, Team Leader for Personnel Certification SBSC.

Lexicon is Sweden’s largest training company for the business sector and also offers a range of services within testing. Everything from self testing in order to determine one’s own competence level to secure examination solutions through which organisations can qualify employees, e.g. high-stakes testing within several areas, including for future medical interns.
